The work by D.Brian Nelson has been on our radar for quiete a while but somehow we always failed to introduce him. So, without any further ado we are pleased to show you a glimpse of his work in an fluffy wide feature. More of his stunning nudes now at fluffy feets and fluffy flippancies.
A major part of Don´s comprehensive portfolio are his Hotel Room Nudes, an ongoing collection of nudes photographed in, guess what, hotel rooms.
"For several years I've been photographing nude models in hotel rooms. The location started as a matter of convenience and later turned into an intimate style."
His blog by the same name presents these works on a nearby daily base and we can´t recommend this place enough (and since we´ve added the Hotel Room Nudes to the forbidden fruits, there´s no excuse not to visit them).

• Hans Bellmer • Vicious Circle
Céphalopode 1900, 1939/40
Gouache, brown ink, watercolour and pencil on paper; fixed on masonite, 49.5 x 46.3cm
Private collection, Switzerland
If the origin of my work is a scandal, it is because, for me, the world is a scandal. Hans Bellmer
Described as an anatomist, an engineer, even a geographer or cartographer of the body, until his death in 1975 Bellmer produced sculptures, photographs, books and etchings in addition to theoretical and poetic writings; and an outpouring of drawings in an obsessive quest for a monstrous dictionary dedicated to the ambivalence of the body. He pushed the boundaries of bodily representation, as Hieronymus Bosch and Giuseppe Arcimboldo had done earlier, to create an epic myth around the anatomy of the image.
from the introduction to Vicious Circle Hans Bellmer and Pierre Klossowski at Whitechapel
Suzanne, the enchanting queen of Wurzeltod, kindly gives us a first-hand impression of the Vicious Circle: "I'm just back from London and I can highly recommend this exhibition. Above all the Bellmer exhibition is absolutely breathtaking. Chapeau to the curating team."

• Ralph M. Hattersley, Jr

• In July, Ralph Ginzburg passed away. He wore many hats, but he's best known for creating and publishing the beautiful hardcover magazine EROS in 1961-2, and for going to prison because of it. It's agreed by all observers that what really sealed Ginzburg's fate was a photo-spread in the fourth, final issue of EROS: "Black & White in Color: A Photographic Tone Poem" by Ralph M. Hattersley, Jr.
The photos are extraordinarily tame by today's standards - there's no sex, and the only "naughty bits" on display are the woman's breasts and both booties in one sideview shot. But showing a black man and a white woman, in the nude, embracing, kissing, obviously getting ready to do the deed - well, it was just too shocking in the early 1960s. Ginzburg was made to pay.

• Daido Moriyama

Moriyama is part of a generation of Japanese photographers that came to prominence in the 1960s, with the most notorious and famous of them being Nobuyoshi Araki. Moriyama is far from a household name and didn't seek the spotlight the way Araki did, but his photographic style was bold, harsh, aggressive, and even today, nearly 40 years later, his work looks distinctly modern *and* postmodern.

• fluff your stuff

It is, as our beloved readers know, our unspoken intension to make the world more fluffy. Thus we are happy to report about the latest linguistic Lychee: Fluff it
This beautiful term, in old times used to describe the act of arousing a participant in preparation for a recoreded sexual act (urban dictionary), stands now for the fine art of sharing the luscious Lychees you dig while surfing around the net.
A new del.icio.us-inspired porn-flavored community bookmarking site called all fluff gives you the chance to fluff your stuff. This well named place popped up just shortly after the mosex index, a similiar page by the pornographic connoissuers (fleshbot) at New York City's Museum of Sex, that experiment in "'taste-networking' technology"—which claims to be able to predict a user's tastes in erotic content.
Both are charming alternatives to the annoying "toplink-pages" and deserve your attention and participation as they are nothing without you.

A comment by Aragorn points to sexty9ways, a blog by him and the lovely Orchid.
sexty9ways is a blog about, in their own words: "our erotic experiences, wishes and fantasies. We are passionate about the magic of EROS, the intimacy of love making and the value of living a very erotic life. We love to explore, play and discover."
By taking a look at post-titles like Sashimi me ..., (S)peach-less ..., chocolate virgin ... or Banana play ... one can safely say that sexty9ways is dedicated to the oral pleasures, and several delicious pics proof this speculation true. It comes as no surprise that they name the 69 their favorite position. Beside these mouth-watering fancy foods are several interviews with fellow kinky bloggers, giving an insight into their perverted minds. Last but not least one should mention their love to little picture puzzles, something that we fully understand. If you are puzzled by the juicy pics above, click them to go to the original post as we do not want to spoil the fun.
Or, as they say: "So, come and play with us "

Pink Box is the world’s first look inside
Japan’s second largest industry.
While living near Tokyo, Joan Sinclair heard rumors referring to Japanese men's clubs with mirrored floors and fantasy decor, but never saw any photographs of these private clubs.
Slowly, with great patience and persistence, she gained entrance into this private world. For most, Joan’s photographs will be the only glimpse they will ever have of some of Japan’s most elaborate sex clubs: the fake train, the fake classroom, the almost extinct no-panty lounge.

Willie Cole has often depended on found objects for his sculptural works, so when he recently came upon a supply of several thousand pairs of high-heeled shoes, it was time to go back to one of his original inspirations. Cole went into a secondhand shop and decided on high-heeled shoes because they seemed to be present in abundance. Sole to Soul is a collection of circles which represent lotus blossoms that die and bloom once more, works that stem from Cole's connection to Buddhism.

Niko points to his fresh blog las burbujas enterradas, and even without understanding a single letter portuguese one can safely say that he is possessed with balls, bubbles, boobs, balloons, in short with anything spherical.
Needless to say that we Lychees fully support such fluffy obsession.
correction: our more linguistically savvy friends at Fleshbot notes that we misidentify the language he's writing in as Portuguese, so our next guess is spanish.

• Pierre Klossowski

Artist, philosopher, novelist and translator, Pierre Klossowski created an intense world of violence, passion, moral turbulence and theological inquest.
Born in Paris in 1905. Klossowski embarked on a writing career through close relationships with Rainer Maria Rilke, André Gide and Georges Bataille. Following the encouragement of André Masson, Alberto Giacometti and his younger brother the painter Balthus, Klossowski produced a number of drawings to illustrate his first novel, Roberte ce soir, in 1953. A two-year eruption of drawing followed when Klossowski produced numerous life-size portraits in lead pencil, attempting to capture ‘the silvery, shimmering effect of the silent screen…’
Klossowski’s delicate balancing act between submission and resistance weaves complex threads of theology, philosophy, pornography and mythology. These themes echo through his drawings and written texts and attracted the admiration of intellectuals including Gilles Deleuze and Michel Foucault. Klossowski also worked with a number of filmmakers from the 1970s onwards and produced three sculptures in the 1990s. From his apartment in Paris, where he lived with his wife Denise, he continued to inspire generation after generation until his death in 2001.

Boobs in art

This work, "Breastplate" (1992) by Cliff Bernie, brought to you by Art Boobs. Art Boobs, guess what, "is about art that prominently features female breasts. It prefers the Venus of Willendorf over the Venus de Milo. It celebrates the idea that throughout history societies have often tolerated artistic nudity more than actual nudity." Kudos to Fleshbot for digging this new blog with a theme.
